As a service provider, I am liable in accordance with § 7 Section 1 The Telecommunications Media Act (TMG) applies to our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), I am not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to actively search for evidence of unlawful activity.
